Stern Pinball today released a promotional video to show off their X-Men game, and in particular the Wolverine Limited Edition model.

The video features game designer John Borg talking about many of the features and how to build up towards Magneto Multiball.

Among those playfield features included in the video are:

The two Night Crawler pop-up targets

The Xavier up-kicker

The Mystery Award scoop

The Magneto lock and spinning disc

In describing the rules, John explains there are two wizard modes - Danger Room and then Dark Phoenix, both started from the scoop.

Whether it is necessary to produce a promotional video when all the Wolverine Limited Edition games are reportedly already sold out is open to question, but it's good to learn some details and background to the rules.

There are reportedly a total of 28 X-Men characters in the game and while many of those featured in the video seem to have all the hallmarks of Fred Young doing their voices, these will be performed by official Marvel voice artists in the actual game.
