In November 2014, my wife and I took a trip to Australia (Sydney, Gold Coast, Brisbane and Cairns). Sydney was the first destination on our trip.

After leaving the Courthouse Hotel pub, we continued our journey to the next pinball location - Town Hall Hotel which is close to the Newtown train station.

The pub was quite full of guests since it was around 6pm.

There was only one pinball, a Theatre of Magic (Bally, 1995), located in the inner part of the pub.

This was the first time I had seen a colour DMD (Dot Matrix Display) fitted to a game.

According to the instruction card in the lower right hand corner, the player is encouraged to upload pictures of high scores to facebook.com/playeronepinball - which seems to be a page for pinball lovers in Sydney.

However, again, we had no time to enjoy a drink in there as I needed to visit other pinball locations that day.  We left the pub around 7:00pm for our dinner as well as more pinball.
