With hundreds of visitors coming to Chicago for Pinball Expo, Dan Marquardt takes a look at the many locations in the Chicago area where anyone hungry (or thirsty) to play more pinball can have their fill of the silver ball. The past few years have seen an incredible rise in the number of locations in Chicago featuring pinball machines.

Ten years ago, pinball on location was dismal. Finding one pin that actually worked was difficult. Now there eight pinball destinations in the Chicago area that are all worth the effort to visit.

There is also the Bottom Lounge in Chicago that I just found out about, and have to visit soon. The Pinball Rebel website also has many more Chicago area pinball locations.

It is very fortunate that the home of most pinball machine manufacturing over the years now has so many quality locations in which to play the game.
